POSTAL STANDARDIZATION
The first step is to standardize the list to meet Postal Service regulations. In this process, addresses are verified, abbreviations are standardized for machine readability, addresses are matched to the correct ZIP codes and the "+4" digits are added for maximum deliverability.
SECURE LIST MAINTENANCE
Rotary can take customers and prospect list and standardize them to conform to Postal Regulations for maximum deliverability and reduced mail-stream time. These lists are then securely maintained at Rotary, substantially reducing the turnaround time required for subsequent mailings. Proprietary databases are protected by security protocols, so there is no risk of loss or leak.
CUSTOM LIST DEVELOPMENT
In addition to Rotary's own databases, including every residential address in the Seattle Metro area, Rotary has the capability of accessing thousands of special lists to build custom mailing lists. By using a geographic, demographic and lifestyle overlays, Rotary refines these lists to prospects most likely to respond.
MERGE/PURGE & DUPLICATE REMOVAL
When customers' in-house lists are merged with outside lists, Rotary analyzes the combined data to remove duplicate records. Rotary can also runs the final list through the National Change of Address file generated by the U.S. Postal Service to increase deliverability and reduce postage costs.
