How to get started using Rotary's FTP site
Contact your sales or customer service representative and ask them to fax you the Customer FTP Registration form.
Take a few minutes to fill out the form and fax it back to us. Our fax number is 253.813.2932.
Within 5 working days we will contact you with your personal user name and password. If you have a specific user name and password you would like please add it to the Customer Information form.
Preparing and Sending Files
Before you upload a job to the FTP site we recommend your files be put into a folder and compressed.
If you are using Stuffit, drop the folder onto the "DropStuff" icon. You will see a new folder on your desktop with the same name you gave it, but it will have a ".sit" folder.
Start Stuffit and open the ".sit" folder
From the menu bar pull down the "Translate" menu and choose "Mac Binary". You now have a new folder with a ".sit.bin" extension and are ready to upload your files
